This is not your typical classical recording with many edits from numerous takes. It is a complete take (number 2), a full performance showcasing the musicality of the great cellist Wilfried Hesse, with all its little flaws and human imperfections. It's an intimate recording, naked almost.

Many thanks to Wilfried for this great musical gift for our film! And since only a small part of it can be heard in the movie, I'm really glad we have the chance to make this performance heard through this release.
